Q: Do rescuers need the Pet Widget App to scan a Badge?
A: No. Rescuers can retrieve the lost pet’s Badge profile with any smartphone. This can be done via QR code, NFC, or any web browser.
Q: I bought a Badge, how should I set it up?

Q: I can’t seem to link my Badge. Help!
A: Don’t panic. There could be a number of reasons for this. Let us know, describing your particular situation in more detail, and we will help. You can do so via the contact form below. Information regarding your device model, operating system version, and Pet Widget app version would be extremely helpful to us in assisting you.
Q: Why can’t I see where my dog is right now?
A: The Pet Widget Badge is designed to be a true failsafe against the loss of your pet. To do this we had to ensure that it could be operated under as many circumstances as possible. By choosing not to include active GPS tracking, and using scanning technology instead, we eliminated the need for batteries and charging, while still retaining the ability to deliver a detailed profile as well as provide useful location information when it is needed most.
Q: How do I access “Last Scanned Locations”?
A: You can view your pet’s badge’s last scanned location by navigating to your pet’s ‘Badge Profile’ page, and tapping on the ‘Last Scanned Locations’ button.
For a more detailed view, or to navigate to any last scanned location, tap on the desired map thumbnail in the log to launch your preferred map app.
Q: Do I have to pay for the App?

Q: Are payments through this website secure?
A: Yes, we only use reputable, legitimate payment gateways, and e-commerce interfaces. Currently, all payments made via this website are processed by Stripe, and through Shopify. We enjoy every security measure that they have in place.
Q: I ordered online. When will I receive my item?
A: We usually ship items within 2 business days by registered mail. You should receive an email with tracking information shortly thereafter, and the product, within 4-14 workings days, depending on where you are located.
Q: Do you provide refunds on products?
A: Yes, if the item received has manufacturing defects, or is an incorrectly sent item, we’ll make it right.
* All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition, including its original packaging.
* Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted, and will be returned to you at your cost.
* Our return policy is only applicable to item(s) purchased on www.petwidget.com within 30 days from receiving your order. Kindly note that you will have to bear the shipping cost for returns.
